Timothy P. Runde, MAI has been appraising commercial real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 20 years and remains on of the few MAIs in the country to also hold a LEED AP designation. Tim earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison during the tenure of Dr. James Graaskamp. He is a frequent speaker on the subject of green building and sustainability. Publications include a piece on sustainability's impact on real estate in The Registry, and a peer-reviewed article on integrating sustainability and green building into the appraisal process in the Journal of Sustainable Real Estate. He is currently a Partner with Carneghi-Blum & Partnersm Inc. in San Francisco.
